Introduction: Pallister–Hall syndrome (PHS) is characterized by a spectrum of anomalies which includes polydactyly, hypothalamic hamartoma, laryngotracheal cleft, bifid epiglottis, imperforate anus, and renal abnormalities. Hypoplastic cochlea is an infrequently reported association of PHS.
